VOLUNTEERS

PFH is a nonprofit organization and we rely on our parent volunteers to help make our program a success. To be fair to all our families, if your family does not fulfill your selected volunteer obligation and did not select the $30.00 opt-out option during registration, you agree to and will be subject to a $40.00 fee that will be charged to your account at the end of the season.  The $40.00 fee will need to be paid prior to signing up for any new PFH programming.  Your understanding and the time you take to volunteer are greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your efforts in ensuring the PFH’s continued success in offering a positive and successful sporting experience for your children!

Coaching positions are subject to background investigations and Rec Commissioner approval and are not guaranteed.  You may be required to choose a different volunteer duty or elect to pay the $30 opt-out fee.

If a volunteer position you have requested is filled (priority is given in order of registration), you will need to choose another volunteer position or pay the $30.00 opt-out option.
