EQUIPMENT

All players must have a molded colored mouth guard, field hockey shin guards (not soccer) a water bottle, hand sanitizer, and a stick.  Cleats or sneakers may be worn.

UNIFORM

All players will be given a PFH pinnie that must be worn at all practice sessions and games.
